Why are some people successful in overcoming their self-esteem issues while others fail to see any results?
Although many people are aware of the Law of Attraction after seeing “The Secret” few people really understand it. The law of attraction is both easy and hard all at once.
Your outer reality is a reflection of your inner world, that is the true secret.
Take Control by Becoming Aware
To be able to manifest what you deeply want in life you must have total faith in and control of your thoughts. You must become aware of the mental images that fly by as you go about your day and pay close attention to your negative emotional reactions to people, places and events. Once you become aware of when and why you react the way you do, you can start to alter your behaviour and respond in a neutral way until you are comfortable responding with an increased emotion like positivity or happiness.
The only way to discover what your subconscious beliefs are about any subject is to pay attention to your thoughts every day. Become mindful of what you think, how you feel, and how you react in every situation. At the end of each day, review your automatic negative reactions and thoughts, think about situations in your past that may have caused you to create negative subconscious attitudes. Look at them objectively and see how these beliefs affect your life today.
By doing this simple exercise you gain the power to change the script, and your life going forward.
Whatever situation occurred in the past is exactly that – in.the.past and needs to be left there.
Change the Outcome
Once you have a good understanding of when and why you react negatively try mentally rehearsing events that you find emotionally challenging. Rehearse difficult events that you will be encountering throughout your day, see situations playing out in a positive manner no matter the circumstance. Feel yourself being happy during the experience and delighted at the conclusion and keep replaying the events until you are confident in your emotions regarding the circumstance.
Mental rehearsal allows you to mould your subconscious thoughts into your ideal experiences, the constructive emotions you feel during the mental preparation lay the groundwork for a beneficial outcome.
Plus this sets the stage to attract more positive events into your life and who doesn’t want that?
